The first incubations were purely based on recruiting volunteers for the editorial team. Participants worked on their own texts and also regularly attended lectures with journalists.

Currently, we are focusing more on cooperation with journalism faculties (University of Hradec Králové and Palacký University in Olomouc). We continue to organise meetings with journalists for students, as well as practical trips, and in autumn 2022, in cooperation with UPOL, the first journalism symposium was held.

However, we still maintain our status as a platform that is open to all who are interested in creating and publishing. We provide volunteers not only with the opportunity to meet renowned journalists, but also with the chance to get to interesting events and try their future craft in practice.
