Tomáš Bouška
founder and chief

Graduate of political science at the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science of Charles University in Prague (PhDr., PhD.) and the Swedish sociology programme (M.A.). Previously, he worked as a spokesperson for the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic, deputy director of the Higher Professional School of Journalism, Aspen institute Prague, Shoah Memorial Prague – Bubny, and Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung. He lectures at New York University Prague. Since 2010 he has been the head of the Political prisoners.eu associaion.

Barbora Dvořáková
project management

She was born in western Bohemia, where she graduated from the gymnasium in Ostrov nad Ohří. She is currently continuing her education at the Higher Vocational School of Journalism with a focus on news writing. She contributes her articles to the student magazine Generation 20 and also to the Journalistic Incubator. She worked as an assistant at the St. Joachim and also in the Senate of the Czech Republic.

Karolína Heroldová
project management

She was born in Prague, where she still lives, although she likes trees much more than cars. She is a graduate of IMS FSV UK and Uni Regensburg. Since 2013 she has been working as a freelancer in project management and custom writing. For two years she worked as a producer at the National Museum, where she also authored several exhibitions (e.g. The Masaryk Phenomenon). As of 2019, she is a proud mother. In addition to the Journalism Incubator, she also collaborates with the National Museum and gives dance classes.

Tomáš Nídr
chief editor and lecturer

He studied political science at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University. Since 2001 he has worked in the foreign section of Mladá fronta Dnes as an editor and editor. He was deputy head of the department for three years. In September 2009, he went freelance and has been publishing analyses and reports from his travels, mainly in Latin America and Africa, in a number of Czech media. He lives in Lima, Peru.
